Digital Rubbish

We’ve recently implemented Kanban on my team at Engine Yard, after having an agile/kanban training session from Joe Arnold, our Director of Engineering. I’m really excited at the ability for Kanban to optimize our throughput, while allowing us more flexibility than Scrum would.
